Cooking Method

  • Fry four McCain Aloo Tikki.
  • Beat the curd, slice onions and place them in chilled water till crisp. Take out pomegranate kernels.
  • Assemble the dish by placing McCain Aloo Tikki in plate, top with chilled curd, tamarind chutney, mint chutney.
  • Sprinkle with chilli powder, cumin powder, salt, top with onion slices, pomegranate and nylon sev. Garnish with coriander leaves.
