  • McCain French Fries
  • Ginger & Garlic Paste
  • Whole Red Chillies
  • Chicken Dices
  • 65 Masala
  • Corn Flour
  • Rice Flour
  • Lemon Juice
  • Curry Leaves

Cooking Method

  • Marinate the chicken dices With ginger garlic paste, 65 masala, curry leaves and lemon juice.
  • Add corn flour, rice flour and little water, coat the chicken evenly.
  • Fry chicken till crisp, in the mean while fry McCain’s French Fries.
  • Place the seasoned McCain’s French Fries in a plate, top with chicken 65 and garnish with fried red chilli. Drizzle with Lemon juice.
