  • McCain Potato Wedges
  • Roasted Cumin Powder
  • Chopped Coriander
  • Chopped Garlic
  • Chaat Masala

Cooking Method

  • Fry McCain Potato Wedges till over crisp and season with salt.
  • In a pan add little oil and wedges, sprinkle kashmiri chilli powder, chaat masala and roasted cumin powder and toss.
  • Finish with fresh coriander.
