McCain Aloo Tikki Burger


  • McCain Aloo Tikki
  • Veg Mayonnaise – 2 Tbsp.
  • Tomato Ketchup – 1 Tbsp
  • Chopped Garlic
  • Chilli Sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • Burger Buns
  • Butter
  • Lettuce Leaves
  • Sliced tomatoes
  • Onion Rings

Cooking Method

  • Fry McCain Aloo Tikki in hot oil at 175°C for 3 minutes. Keep aside.
  • Prepare the spread by mixing veg mayonnaise, tomato ketchup, chilli sauce, chopped garlic and salt to taste. Mix this well.
  • Spread the butter on the burger buns and toast them properly.
  • Now put the spread on the buns, then place lettuce, then place McCain Aloo Tikki on top, tomato slices, onion rings.
  • Your McCain Aloo Tikki Burger is ready.
