- McCain Smiles
- Green Capsicum
- Mayonnaise
- Cabbage
- Carrots
- Tomato
- Lettuce
- Olives
Cooking Method
- Fry McCain’s Smiles and allow to cool.
- Make coleslaw with cabbage, capsicum, carrot and mayonnaise.
- Place lettuce, tomato, coleslaw between two smiles. Top with olives.
