Fries Loaded with mushrooms Cheese Sauce


  • 150g McCain Cut Crinkle Fries
  • 0.5 tbsp Mushrooms diced
  • 1 tbsp Onion chopped
  • 0.5 tbsp Butter
  • Balck Paper to taste
  • 2 tbsp Cheese Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Shallot Greens

Cooking Method

  • Heat Butter in a pan.
  • Add chopped onions, saute.
  • Add diced mushrooms and cook till done.
  • Add cheese sauce, season with salt and pepper if required.
  • Deep fry McCain Crinkle Cut fries at 175°C for 3minutes.
  • Arrange on a platter and pour the prepared sauce on tap.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
