McCain Veggie Finger Wrap

Ingredients

  • McCain Veggie Nuggets - 2 nos
  • Tortilla - 1 no
  • Onion Salad - 1 tbsp 
  • Mint Chutney - 1 1/2 tbsp

Cooking Method

  • Fry McCain Veggie Fingers in hot oil at 175°C for 3 minutes. Keep.
  • To prepare onion salad, make onion laccha, add to it finely sliced green chili, chopped green coriander, lemon juice and salt. Keep. 
  • To assemble the wrap, warm the tortilla on a hot plate.
  • Place the fried Veggie Fingers on the tortilla, top with onion salad and a generous amount of mint chutney,
  • Roll it and secure it with a butter paper or a toothpick.
