Crispers Refried Beans

METHOD OF PREPARATION

• Fry the McCain V Crispers and rest on a kitchen paper towel.
• Season with Mexican seasoning.
• Reheat refried beans and place them in the V Crispers.
• Add the four cheese mix and bake in the oven till the cheese melts slightly.
• Garnish with onion rings and tomato basil salsa.
• Serve with mustard mayonnaise and sour cream on the side.
