Crispers Paneer Alfredo

METHOD OF PREPARATION

• Fry the McCain V Crispers and rest on a kitchen paper towel.
• Season with Herb seasoning.
• Reheat paneer(cottage cheese) alfredo and place in McCain’s V Crispers.
• Add mozzarella and cheddar cheese and place in oven till cheese melts slightly.
• Place in a dish lined with lettuce.
• Garnish with olive tapenade.
