Crispers Texan Pulled Chicken

WHAT YOU NEED

• McCain V Crispers

METHOD OF PREPARATION

• Fry the McCain V Crispers and rest on a kitchen paper towel.
• Season with smoked seasoning.
• Place shredded iceberg in the V Crispers.
• Reheat pulled chicken stew and place over lettuce, garnish with thyme sprigs.
• Add crumbled feta, and bake in the oven till cheese melts slightly.
• Sprinkle thyme with vinaigrette.
• Serve with rocket and micro green salad, cherry tomato salsa and sour cream.
