Crispers Chicken Bolognese

WHAT YOU NEED

• Pico de Gallo Salsa
  

METHOD OF PREPARATION

• Fry the McCain’s V Crispers and rest on a kitchen paper towel.
• Season with herb seasoning.
• Reheat the chicken bolognese and stuff in the V Crispers.
• Garnish with four cheese mix and bake in the oven till the cheese melts.
• Sprinkle with chopped coriander.
• Serve with sour cream and Pico de Gallo salsa.
