Crispers Berry Cream

METHOD OF PREPARATION

• Fry the McCain V Crispers and rest on a kitchen paper towel.
• Dust with cinnamon sugar.
• Mix cream cheese and whipped cream and pipe it on the V Crispers.
• Top with blueberry compote and garnish with confectionery.
• Garnish mint sprig on the side.
