Kimchi Fusion

Ingredients

  • McCain Chilly Garlic Potato Bites 100g
  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Mustard Seeds A pinch
  • Onion (chopped) 1 tsp
  • Ginger (Chopped) 1/2 tsp
  • Cabbage (diced) 1 tbsp
  • Carrot (diced) 1 tbsp
  • Diced capsicum (Red&Green) 1 tbsp
  • Onion (diced) 1 tbsp
  • Soya Sauce 1/2 tsp
  • Red Chilli Paste 1 tsp
  • Salt To taste
  • Sugar 1/2 tsp

Cooking Method

  • Deep fry McCain Chilly Garlic Potato Bites at 175°C for 3 minutes.
  • Heat oil in a wok. Add mustard seeds and let splutter.
  • In the wok, add chopped onions and ginger. Sauté for a minute.
  • Add diced vegetables and sauté
  • Add red chilli paste and soya sauce. Sauté for 30 sec & add the seasoning.
  • Add fried McCain Chilly Garlic Potato Bites and toss well to coat properly.
  • Serve hot.
